As a Level 2 qualified Gym and Circuit Instructor I provide fitness training sessions to support you in achieving your health and wellbeing goals by working to:

  • Increase energy levels
  • Improve Cardiovascular endurance
  • Strengthen and tone
  • Encourage mental wellbeing
  • Aid weight loss

Training sessions can include:

  • Tabata
  • Circuits
  • CV / fartlek

Sessions

1 to 1 Training: £8

(40 minutes)

Course of 4 1 to 1 sessions: £30

Small Group Training £5.50 per person

Up to 4 people

(up to 40 minutes)

Course of 4 group sessions: £20 per person
